Brief Sales Information
It is easy and safe to make purchases from Sophie's Closet. All prices are given in Swedish Crones (SEK) and the price will be calculated in the exchange rate for the day of the purchase. If you are a foreign costumer we would love to make business with you! Please contact us at info@sophiescloset.se before ordering.

Beside giving us your specific order, please supply us with you name, address, phone number and e-mail address so we easily can reach you. You can either choose to make a Card Payment or make a so called Foreign Payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club.

In case you want an exchange or return a garment you will have the possibility to do so within 15 days of receiving your products.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship UPS to all countries within Europe and to the 50 USA states. At the moment we cannot send to to PO Boxes or APO/FPO adress.

Costs and Deliveries
Orders can not be shipped to P.O. boxes. Standard orders arrives within aproximately a week after placing your order. A Standard order will be charged a rate of 8 Euro.

TWO-DAY SHIPPING

Prices and Payments
From foreign countries Sophie´s Closet either accept Card Payments throgh Visa, Mastercard and Diners Club (unfortunately we cannot accept American Express yet, but we work on it) or so called Foreign Payment through our IBAN-account IBAN: SE2880000838169032269459. BIC/SWIFT: SWEDSESS. As soon as we´ve recieved the products and your payment, the products will be sent to you.

At the moment all prices are set in Euro. Soon we also will be offering payments in US dollars.

Returns for items purchased from Sophie´s Closet
If you´re not saticfied or want to change clothes or size your always welcome to make a return.

Sophie´s Closet items purchased at full price are returnable within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. Any damages must be reported within 30 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement.

Enclose your package well and please mail your return package to info@sophiescloset.se. For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Sophie´s Closet is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Once the original items are received at Sophie´s Closet, you will receive a credit at your account in the amount you paid including Shipping Costs. The transaction will be made into your credeitcard and account within a week, depending on how much time your bank need for the transaction to be done. Use follwing adress to return your items.
